These terms cover your use of softranix.com, the website of Softranix Solutions, a software publisher based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. By using this website you agree to them.

Using one of our products? Each Softranix product has its own terms of service and billing policy, which you accept when you subscribe. For Janitrak, read the Janitrak Terms of Service and Billing Policy. If those terms and this page differ, the product terms apply to the product.

1. What this website is for

This website describes Softranix Solutions and its products and tells you how to contact us. Plans and prices for each product are published on that product's own website.

2. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Softranix Solutions sells and bills every Softranix product. The full terms for each product apply; this is a summary.

Payment. By credit card or Canadian pre-authorized debit, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
Currency and tax. Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST or HST is added according to your province and shown on each invoice.
Your statement. Charges appear as SOFTRANIX* followed by the product name, for example SOFTRANIX* JANITRAK.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
Cancellation. The account owner can cancel at any time in the product or by email. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and data can be exported for 90 days after access ends.
Refunds. Fees for the current month are not refunded on monthly plans; annual plans are prepaid and not refundable if cancelled during the year. We refund prepaid fees pro rata if we end the service without cause or materially reduce a feature you pay for. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Delivery. Our products are online software; nothing is shipped. Access is set up once the first payment is confirmed.
Failed payments. We email the billing contact and retry. Access may be paused if a payment is still unpaid 7 days after the first failed attempt; data is not deleted.

3. Intellectual property

The Softranix name and logo, our product names and logos, and the content of this website belong to Softranix Solutions. You may link to this website, but you may not copy its content or branding for commercial use without our written permission.

4. Links to other websites

This website links to our product websites and to third parties such as Stripe. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

5. Website content

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Softranix Solutions is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
